The 9th Soil & Nutrition Conference will be held at the Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center in Southbridge, MA.

Located in central Massachusetts, less than an hour’s drive from Boston, Springfield, MA, Hartford, CT, and Providence, RI, the Southbridge Center offers a wonderful and spacious venue for learning and networking, as well as relaxing in between.

Originally constructed as an optical factory, the building has been beautifully restored and remodeled to include an array of amenities. Conference attendees are welcome to unwind in the fitness center with its steamroom and sauna, hot tub and indoor pool, or enjoy a drink at their full-service lounge.

The Bionutrient Food Association has negotiated reduced room rates exclusively for conference attendees, starting at $112/night for 1-2 people (1 king or 2 queen beds), plus $10 for each additional person.

While there are “conventional” food options in town, the BFA is partnering with the Southbridge catering staff to provide our guests with 3 meals for $60/day, including coffee & tea available all day. In keeping with our organizational ethos, all ingredients will be from the best sources possible.

The structure of the conference this year provides more downtime at meals for networking with fellow attendees, but due to the logistics of the conference center, those without meal tickets will not be allowed in the dining area. We expect the combination of good price, high quality, and great company to make these mealtimes memorable. Join us!

If you wish, individual meal options are also available: Breakfast $15; Lunch $20; Dinner $25.

We are still coordinating with our farmers to determine this year’s menu, but to get a sense of the types of dishes we will be offering, you can view the working draft of the menu for this year.

Note: Meal tickets can be purchased at the time of registration.  So that the kitchen will know what and how much to source and prepare for each meal, dining tickets must be purchased in advance. Meal tickets for purchase on-site will not be available.
