While there are “conventional” food options in town, the BFA is partnering with the Southbridge catering staff to provide our guests with 3 meals for $60/day, including coffee & tea available all day. If you wish, individual meal options are also available: Breakfast $15; Lunch $20; Dinner $25.
The structure of the conference this year provides more downtime at meals for networking with fellow attendees, but due to the logistics of the conference center, those without meal tickets will not be allowed in the dining area. We expect the combination of good price, high quality, and great company to make these mealtimes memorable. Join us!
In keeping with our organizational ethos, all ingredients will be from the best sources possible, primarily coming from BFA member growers and similarly-aligned local farms. We also strive to provide vegetarian and/or vegan as well as gluten-free options at each meal. While we will not have a menu until closer to the conference, you can view our menu from last year to get a sense of what might be on offer.
So that we know what and how much to source and prepare for each meal, it helps greatly if attendees purchase dining tickets in advance.
